Max Donnelly

Max was appointed as Chairman and Non-executive director in November 2004, and is currently a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Max is a partner of Ferrier Hodgson, one of Australia's leading turnaround, insolvency and reconstruction management groups. Max has been involved in insolvency, turnaround consulting and litigation support for over 28 years. Max is a Director of Centrebet International Limited*.

Max is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Angela Clark

Angela has been Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie Radio Network since May 2004, and is currently a member of the Compliance Committee. Prior to joining Macquarie Radio Network Limited, Angela was Managing Director of JCDecaux Australia Pty Limited for over six years. She is also a director of Commercial Radio Australia Limited*, Digital Radio Broadcasting Australia Pty Limited*, JCDecaux Australia Pty Limited*, Biennale of Sydney Limited* and Performing Lines Limited.*

Angela holds an honours degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.

Mark Carnegie

Mark Carnegie is a principal of Carnegie, Wylie & Company, an independent investment bank and private equity firm.

Mark has been involved in over a dozen private investment transactions in Australia over the last nine years, including the acquisitions and subsequent divestments of Fairfax, Hoyts, and Neverfail by Hellman & Friedman, and investments in Lonely Planet Publications, The Text Media Group, Macquarie Radio Network and Manboom, as well as a number of venture capital type "start-ups".

In addition, Mark has been involved in several major non-Australian investments, the most notable success being the US$312m investment by Hellman & Friedman in the Formula One business.

Mark is a Director of STW Communications Group Ltd*, Lonely Planet Publications*, Scarborough Minerals plc*, Bluetongue Brewery Pty Ltd* and President Commissioner of PT London Sumatra (one of Indonesia's premier plantation companies).

Mark holds a BA (Hons - jurisprudence) from Oxford University and a BSc (Hons - zoology) from Melbourne University.

Stephen Chapman

Stephen joined Macquarie Radio Network Limited as a Director in November 2002, and is currently Chairman of the Audit Committee. Stephen is founder and Chairman of Baron Partners Limited, an Australian merchant bank. His career has given him wide experience of the strategic and financial issues affecting public companies and investment markets. During the past three years Stephen has served as a Director of the following listed companies: Blackmores Limited*, Hostworks Group Limited*, and Perpetual Trustees Australia Limited.

Stephen holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Maureen Plavsic

Maureen joined Macquarie Radio Network Limited as a Director in April 2005, bringing with her a wealth of experience in advertising, media buying and brand marketing. She is currently Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Maureen previously spent 14 years in various executive roles at the Seven Network, where she was also a Board member for five years. Her roles at Seven Network included Chief Executive Officer of Broadcast Television and prior to that Director of Sales and Corporate Marketing. During the past three years Maureen has served as a Non Executive Director of the following listed companies: Pacific Brands Group*, and Seven Network Limited. Maureen is a Trustee of the National Gallery of Victoria and a Director of Bestest, a not profit fundraising organization that raises moneys for distribution to various children's charities. She was previously a Director of Opera Australia.

Richard Freemantle

Richard has been involved in establishing and growing technology companies for more than 20 years. Starting in the early 1980s he founded Network Solutions, which grew under his leadership to become Australia's largest and most successful network integration company. In 1990 Richard established the first international subsidiary for Cisco Systems in Australia. He was promoted to build Cisco's operations in Europe and then promoted to Senior Vice President and member of Cisco's executive team. He returned to Australia to establish the Cisco Asia Pacific headquarters, growing the business to more than 4000 staff and US$3B in revenue.

Since retiring from Cisco, Richard has been involved in board positions on a number of technology start-up companies, including as Chairman for the successful public float of Eserv Global in 2002, Redfern Photonics and as Chairman of Moneyswitch Ltd the APRA authorised Specialist Credit card Institution.
